You practice new pain free work strategies before + after each session. Capoeira & Kalari Fields of Recovery introduces you to Capoeira, an Afro Brazilian practice, used for centuries to sharp practiced by toddlers to 99 years old.
Herbal Tonics
We use Herbal remedies for recovery, to prevent pain and promote healing.
Traditional Healing and Martial Arts Fields of Recovery value's the ancient knowledge.  %Herbal and Food Medicine: Learn to identify, and actually prepare and use key herbal medicines. You will make an antiviral, a cleansing tonic and a whole body invigoration tonic. You’ll experience the benefits of Kalari Payattu- the movement practice that not only conditions the heart but seamlessly aligns muscle groups and lengthens and stretches key tight areas. You’ll also experience treatments of Kalari Chikitsa, originally designed for warriors before and after battle. You'll use oils, heat, herbal mixtures, and body work to reset muscles, tendons, and joints.  Food as medicine. vegetable and herbal foods are part of your daily treatment plan.
