Hi. My name is Danielle Chevalier. I’m not just a fitness trainer—I’m a farmer, first responder, and pain-free movement specialist who has lived these exact challenges.
I was crazy, angry, and sick. I argued way too much. I was in physical pain more days than not, for years.
It was no surprise that in my 30’s, before I became a physical trainer, I had high blood pressure.
Since becoming a personal trainer & health coach in 2013, I have been relentless in my studies of both science and traditional wisdom in order to provide the best outcomes for my program participants.
I’m Certified through American Council on Exercise as a Pain-Free & as well as Nutrition Specialist. And with the American College of Sports Medicine for Public Health and Physical Activity.
In the last decade I’ve trained continuing education in gut health & digestion, breath techniques, men's' health, wmn & postpartum care, yoga for addictions, somatics + International Fire Fighter’s Association anger management & functional medicine.
I’m also a peer mental health counselor, cert & licensed through the state of WA.
