RHYTHM & ENERGY is a yearlong adventure in whole body integration. We practice tuning into the body, softening the stresses, the strains, and strengthening the weak areas carefully while aligning to nature's rhythms. You'll integrate healthy habits into your daily routine so you can feel good in your body, powerful, with improved energy, stamina, and endurance.

Rhythm & Energy guides you through a deep integration of habits, essential  rhythms and routines that promote optimum health and performance.

3. CONNECTION TO NATURE.

4. TURN UP THE BREATH + SENSES. TURN DOWN THE VISE.

5. PAIN-FREE STRENGTH & MOVEMENT.
