It's for people that work hard and want to feel great. It's an opportunity to keep production high without breaking the body or worsening a bad back. We put the fun in functional fitness.

 We improve the body while we get shit done. We are a group dedicated to daily habits that build energy & stamina, so we can better serve our community. We practice survival and sustainability skills as we maintain and improve physical endurance. Come along for the ride to feel powerful as you sustain the work that your life demands. 

ADVENTURE WELLNESS TRAVEL RETREATS

 We do fitness before, during and after travel. As part of the Adventure Wellness Club we meet to train, workshop and retreat in The Pacific Northwest, in the Great Lakes region: Wheatley, Ontario Canada,  and to 2 annual destination retreats per year.
