Service Description
TAKE YOUR BODY BACK. Your body can change in under a year. This Body, Mind and Land weekend workshop will jumpstart you. Join us at Highwater Farm for some massive gains in strength and conditioning and a serious start to detox with a deep immersion in the dirt under open sky. This is a weekend long workshop with an option for lodging available separately for $20 per night. The $350 workshop fee includes food for 2 days. We will have an orientation the Friday evening beforehand. Activities begin Saturday and Sunday morning at 9am. Included is an additional optional early morning sunrise gathering. Pay the deposit here. A prompt to schedule a 30min call here is included. We can set up payment , lodging if necessary and figure any other needed details then.
