Adventure Wellness Club is for hard workers that want to maintain and improve agility, stamina, heart health AND keep doing the hard work that life demands while feeling great in the body. It's a place to get support and feedback and gain tools and techniques to stay vital and strong without wrecking your body. We get better with age and we're using our challenging lifestyles to promote optimum conditioning. It's momentum from a private online forum with others who are also dedicated to be their best so they can continue being of service to their people and their community. You will also receive the Stamina & Optimum Performance Workbook. 1 live online session per week + recording. For locals it includes Field Days at Highwater Farm where we harvest veggies and herbs, as well as Drop in group fitness classes.
