In 2020 I decided to act and seek help to lose weight  get my  fit & flexible again.

I downsized my farming operation,  my daily physical activity had changed.

I was 45 yrs old. I had certain symptoms and complaints that back then didn't realize had to do with perimenopause. The lack of physical activity and age was a bad combo.

     Hi. I'm Danielle. I'll be your trainer and coach.  I believe in learning by doing. We can all build on our strengths wherever we are.

​​

Since 2013, I've facilitated 1000s of body mind wellness activities for people of all ages and backgrounds, many whom​ who've struggled with mental health issues, addictions, insomnia, high blood pressure, or chronic diseases. I have my own experience in recovery and living with chronic health issues.

​

I studied exercise science, and prescription, nutrition,   I have a degree from the Department of Health & Human Development at WWU with focus in outdoor behavior health, eco tourism, community and therapeutic recreation. I am certified through American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise.

My answer for most problems is Go Outside. Move your body & tune up your senses.​

Embark on an unforgettable journey with me as we explore breathtaking destinations! Our adventure kicks off in the captivating city of Rome, effortlessly accessible and steeped in rich history. 

On day three, we’ll hop on a train to Bari, nestled in the stunning region of Puglia. Here, sandy beaches meet rugged coastlines. From there we’ll make our way to Alberobello, renowned for its iconic trulli homes, which reflect a vibrant blend of Greek and ancient history. This trip isn’t just about cultural richness; it’s also an opportunity to eat local olives, wines, and figs. Get ready to explore the beauty of the Adriatic Sea.
