Service Description
Strength. Recovery and Breath. Gain new skills and practice using tools that optimize your movements. We use the American Council on Exercise Integrated Fitness Training Model. First focusing on wellness and function as the foundation to optimal performance. Includes Bio assessments, deep strength integration, pain-free movement strategies and personalized exercise prescription. 3 sessions at 1.5 hours each. Required for all other personal training sessions. Included with annual journey. Love Your Nature Body and Rhythm & Energy-whole body integration.
